Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

In the rare case that there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Due to current restrictions due to COVID-19, deliveries are likely to take longer than usual. We're ensuring all necessary safety measures and working hard to deliver all orders at the earliest.

Free US Shipping with Delivery Estimates

Kotton Culture provides complimentary shipping to all the US addresses. We also ship to P.O. boxes within the US. The estimated delivery time from our warehouse to your doorstep is 7 to 12 business days. Occasional delivery delays can occur.

Expedited Shipping to the US - Currently Unavailable

Need your order sooner? You can select Expedited Shipping during checkout to receive your order on priority within 3 to 5 business days at a flat rate of 9.99 USD.

Shipping to Canada

Customers placing orders to Canada can avail standard shipping at a flat rate of 19.99. The estimated delivery time from our warehouse to a Canadian address is 5 to 10 business days.

International Shipping

Kotton Culture provides international shipping at a flat rate of 29.99 USD for all orders from outside the US and Canada. Depending on your location, you can expect the shipment to reach your door in 15 to 20 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Kotton Culture takes care of all customs and taxes applied to your order, so you don’t have to pay any extra fees at all to receive your shipment.

In the rare case, if any fee in the form of tariffs, taxes, etc. is imposed on the shipment upon reaching your home country, contact us with the receipt and we will refund any extra fee to you.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. Simply send us a photo of all packaging materials and damaged goods and we will send you a replacement product right away. You do not need to go through the hassle of returns!
