Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

In the rare case that there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

USA Shipping with Delivery Estimates

Cotton Culture offers shipping rates for the specified quantity. The estimated delivery time from our warehouse to your doorstep is 5 to 10 business days. Occasional delivery delays may occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Kotton Culture takes care of all customs and taxes applied to your order, so you don’t have to pay any extra fees at all to receive your shipment.

In the rare case, that any fee in the form of tariffs, taxes, etc. is imposed on the shipment upon reaching your home country, contact us with the receipt and we will refund any extra fee to you.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. Simply send us a photo of all packaging materials and damaged goods and we will send you a replacement product right away.
